Orders:

Orders placed with Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd must be in writing via email or fax. Once orders are received you will be issued with a Proforma Invoice.

Please review the proforma and ensure all items are correct prior to signing confirmation.

 

Stock & Lead Time:

Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd offers a stock service to its client base. Orders generally require 4 to 6 weeks for production, from receipt of deposit, stain colour and fabric where applicable.

 If goods are required within a specific time period or if you have an installation date please advise at time of order and Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd will try to accommodate where possible.

Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd shall be under no liability whatsoever should delivery not be made on this date. 

 Please be aware that if we are importing stock from overseas a lead time of 12 weeks may apply.

Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd can only give estimated time frames as loading and transporting of containers into Australia is in the hands of overseas suppliers and shipping companies. Delays are possible.

Also please be aware that although great care is taken in measuring the overall dimensions of our products, please only use these as a guide. If exact measurements are needed please visit your nearest showroom or contact Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd head office to confirm measurements.

 

Prices:

All prices are subjected to the appropriate GST tax of 10%.

The company reserves the right to change prices quoted in the pricelist without notification.

However, every effort will be made to give our customers adequate notice.

It is stressed that our prices do not include:

        - Fabric costs where applicable

        - Freight and carriage for deliveries

        - Insurance for goods in transit, for which must be arranged by the customer.

        - Any additional cost incurred in installations, assembly, etc.

 

Deliveries:

Local Sydney Metro deliveries are carried out by Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd.

Interstate deliveries are handled by third party transport companies. Whilst all care is taken to ensure goods are handled by reputable companies, Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any damages or delays caused by the carrier.

It is essential that goods are checked prior to signing acceptance of delivery in good order and condition. Any damages caused must be noted on the signed delivery docket.

For interstate freight charges please contact our head office or if you prefer, your company can arrange transport personally with a chosen freight carrier.

 

Claims:

 Claims for defective goods will be considered by the company only if notification is given with full details of the problem within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods by the customer. Charges for local repairs will not be accepted without prior approval. 

 

Returns:

No returns will be accepted without authorisation from the Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd head office and must be within seven (7) days from receipt of goods.

 

Terms of Trading:

Under any condition the goods will remain the company’s property until full payment is received. This means the company reserves the right to take the goods back if either the purchaser can not process the payment or the company is under administration or winding up.

 

Cancellations:

As goods are custom stained and upholstered to order, a cancellation fee of 20% applies to all cancelled orders that have been commenced by Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd.

 

Deposit:           

Your order will not commence until you have signed the Proforma Invoice and faxed or emailed back it back to Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd and we have recieved your remittance of 50% deposit of total balance due.

 

Balance:         

The balance owing must be paid in full prior to confirmation of delivery of goods. Our staff will contact you to arrange balance of payment and to confirm delivery details. Goods remain the property of Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd until full payment is received.

 

Payment Options:

Casa Mia Australia Pty Ltd accepts MasterCard & VISA. Credit Card facilities incur a surcharge of 1.5% on top of total amount paid, by signing this form you are agreeing to pay this surcharge on all credit card payments made.

Alternatively payments can be made by EFT or Cheque
